Our development team consists of, civil engineers, architects, traffic engineers, geotechnical engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors needed to take your product from concept stage to finished product. Our team has experience working with county, city, and other governmental agencies to get all necessary approvals.

 A custom EMB home might be a large, medium or even a small sized home. It could be very standard in many ways but still be a custom home.  Custom homes are simply a site-specific home built from a unique set of plans for a specific EMB client knownig excatly what you want.

 The term “spec” is short for speculative home for sale. EMB build homes for sale with a general buyer in mind. EMB homes are often completed fully, but it’s very possible to find a home still under construction.

 Depending on how far along the building process is, it’s possible to still make some of the selections such as paint colors, tile, counter-tops, and more. EMB spec homes will have much of the design efforts already complete. EMB has already made a lot of decisions regarding what will go into constructing the home.

 EMB decisions will be fairly conservative hoping to create a home that will appeal to the broadest market possible. EMB goes the extra mile during the home construction planning and material sourcing.
