By working closely with the design teams and clients throughout the design and construction phases of the project, the Preconstruction Department lays the foundation for success by establishing an accurate budget, developing a detailed schedule, as well as providing the team with recommendations necessary to make important decisions in a timely manner.

Our Construction Services Group gets involved early, adding their expertise and insights to the project cost models and building schedule before the first piece of dirt is turned. Each home has both a project manager and site superintendent who execute the design team’s vision, manage the day-to-day staging, schedule and trade team, and facilitate decisions about finishing details. By appropriately valuing trade contractor services, Eagle Mountain Builders has forged strong relationships within the trade community; these relationships help us deliver premium homes in a timely fashion.
